Ecological Gardening- what is it?
The term Ecological Gardening seems to be gaining popularity. But what is it? My experience with Ecological Gardening started many years ago. You see, I have always been a fence sitter. As a teenager I could never make my mind up whether I wanted to be a horticulturist or an environmental scientist. And sometimes I'm still a little unsure!
Fortunately, I have been able to gain qualifications in both. My specialty is in growing food using ecological principles. But I'm not talking about some sort of alternative hippie technique. I'm talking about sound scientific principles.
In my experience, the study of natural ecosystems will reveal everything we need to know about growing food. Natural ecosystems are generally diverse and there are a number of intricate interdependent relationships occurring between the living and non-living components at any given time. Put simply, each component relies and benefits from its interaction with other components. They fuel up on each other, causing the system to be able to sustain itself. If one part of the system gets 'out of whack', the whole system is affected.
When studying a natural ecosystem, such as a diverse pristine rainforest we find that there are many living components co-existing in a given area. Each of these components occupies a niche space. If a component, let's say a plant, is removed by an animal eating it, we are left with an empty niche. An empty niche provides an opportunity for another life form to fill the space. In natural ecosystems, nature does not tolerate empty niche spaces. Once the niche becomes available, there will be a whole host of willing opportunists ready to fill that space. Dormant seeds, sometimes decades old, will spring to life and quickly try to occupy it.
The same thing happens when we are trying to grow food. In any agricultural practice, such as a vegetable garden, there are always empty niche spaces. And remember, nature doesn't tolerate empty niche spaces. So weeds will try to fill the empty niche spaces. Weeds are very good niche space fillers. They are the ultimate colonizing plants. So as we can see there is no difference in the way nature works, whether it is in a pristine natural ecosystem or a vegetable garden.
Ecological Gardening aims to create a system where nature works for us, and not against us. It is actually quite easy to have a weed-free vegetable garden. You simply do one of two things. Firstly, you avoid having empty niche spaces. And secondly, you make sure there is something desirable to fill niche spaces, should they become available. That's just one simple example, but Ecological Gardening can easily prevent a number of problems from ever arising.
My experience with Ecological Gardening has been phenomenal. I have been able to combine natural weed management, soil ecology, pest ecology and crop management into a very simple and easy method. In fact, I have been able to create a garden that requires very little attention and produces far more than a traditional vegetable garden, simply by applying sound scientific principles. And from the incredible results that I have achieved, I can say, with absolute certainty, that Ecological Gardening is the way we will be producing food in the future.

Anesthesia Patients With Asthma
Pre-operation / Pre-anesthesia Assessment
Anamnesis
History about whether patients had received previous anesthesia is very important to know if there are things that need special attention, for example: allergies, nausea, vomiting, itching or shortness of breath after the surgery, so that we can design the next anesthetic well.Physical examination
State of dentition examination, action open mouth, the tongue is relatively large is very important to know whether the action would make it difficult laryngoscopy intubation. Another routine systemically check about the general course should not be missed such as inspection, palpation, percussion and auscultation of all organ systems of patients. Examination of inspection, palpation, percussion and auscultation on the cardiopulmonary system is a major clinical examination of much help in the assessment of asthma. With this examination can be known frequency of breathing, respiratory pattern, presence of wheezing / ronchi.ECG examination
In addition to knowing about the state / heart disease, especially the picture ECG can also determine the influence of lung function.Radiological examination
Includes images of the thorax and CT-scan (if necessary). This examination is not to assess lung function disorders but it is important for supporting the diagnosis of pulmonary disease, signs of lung hyperinflation and congestive heart disease, also to help determine abnormalities in the mediastinal cavity (CT-scan).Laboratory examination
Include routine blood tests, blood gas analysis of blood sugar.Pulmonary Physiology Tests
- Without tools: although simple but can provide information on respiratory function and are useful as an assessment of "fronss for operation" such as the ability to climb stairs without shortness of breath while talking. Snider match test: the ability to hold breath for 30 seconds.
- Using a spirometer.
Physical Status Classification
Classification is commonly used to assess a person's physical fitness is derived from The American Society of Anaesthesiologist (ASA). Physical classification is not a forecasting tool ratio of anesthesia, because the side effects of anesthesia can not be separated from the side effects of surgery.
- Class I : Patients healthy organic, physiological, psychiatric, biochemistry.
- Class II : Patients with mild or moderate systemic disease.
- Class III : Patients with severe systemic disease, so that routine activities are limited.
- Class IV : Patients with severe systemic disease can not perform routine activities and the disease is life threatening at any moment.
- Class V : dying patient who is expected with or without surgery her life would not be more than 24 hours
- In Cito or emergency surgery is usually imprinted letter E.
Pre-Operative Preparation
Fasting
Laryngeal reflexes decreased during anesthesia. Regurgitation of gastric contents and impurities contained in the airway is a major risk in patients undergoing anesthesia. To minimize this risk, all patients scheduled for elective surgery should dipantangkan of oral input (fasting) during a certain period before induction of anesthesia.
Perioperative Management
For anesthesia and elective surgery in patients with a history of asthma, then asthma should be controlled and the patient was not suffering from an infection or severe wheezing attacks. If a patient takes medication on a regular basis, then the drug should not be stopped. Particular attention should be given pad of patients who use steroids, systemically or by inhaler.
Bronchospasme may be induced by anxiety, pain, drugs, endotracheal intubation, foreign body or irritation. Drugs that are contraindicated are: tubocurarrine and anticolinesterase, Sodium thiopental (Pentothal™), morphine, papaverin, trimethaphan and beta blockers.
Many drugs that can be used as a premedication such as diazepam, pethidine, promethazine and atropine, an estimated free from bronchospatic activity. Bronchodilator and steroid therapy is continued.
Anesthesia Techniques
Whenever possible, choose regional anesthesia with continuous epidural block with a low of 1% lidocaine (analgesia only) so that the respiratory muscles are not disrupted.
If general anesthesia is required then given premedication with antihistamines such as promethazine together with hydrocortisone 100 mg. What is important to avoid laryngoscopy and intubation with a shallow anesthesia, because it can cause bronchospasm. Ketamine is good enough for intravenous induction, because it is a bronchodilator. For a brief action, you should use a face mask after induction techniques and avoid intubation. Use of oxygen with a concentration of 30% or more for air inspiration. If intubation is required, then deepened with inhalation anesthesia, and then do the intubation without muscle relaxants. In the anesthetized patient in laryngoscopy can be done without causing bronchospasm when intubated. Vecuronium may be administered as a muscle relaxant is good because it does not release histamine. Ether and halothane is bronchodilator good, but ether has the advantage, that is if there is bronchospasm, epinephrine (0.5 mg subcutaneously) can be administered safely (but this is dangerous if given in conjunction with halothane or trichlorethylene, because it can cause heart rhythm disturbances due to effects of catecholamines). As an alternative to epinephrine, aminophylline 250 mg can be administered intravenously slowly to mature; drug is compatible with all inhaled medication.
At the end of the action when using intubation, extubation done on his side and with anesthesia in, because stimulation of the larynx can cause bronchospasm.
Post Operative Care
Provision of adequate analgesia postoperative care is vital. Adequate oxygenation. Maintenance intravenous fluids. Usually anti-asthma drugs are still needed. Form of steroid drugs given intravenously as a temporary substitute for oral medications and inhalers brochodilator nebulizer as a substitute if the patient can not breathe in, or not yet maximal lung function after surgery. In the event of failure of achieving adequate ventilation and oxygenation after surgery, the patient to go to Intensive Care Unit (ICU).

Lung Defense Mechanism
Lung defense mechanisms are very important in explaining the occurrence of respiratory infections. lung has defense mechanisms to prevent bacteria from entering into the lungs. cleaning mechanism are:
1. Cleaning mechanism in the conductive airways, including:
• Reepitelisasi airway
• The flow of mucus on the surface epithelium
• Bacteria naturally or "epithelial-cell binding site analogue"
• Local humoral factors (IgG and IgA)
• Components of the local microbial
• Mucosilliar transport system
• Sneezing and coughing reflexes
Upper respiratory tract (nasopharynx and oropharynx) is a defense mechanism through the barrier against the entry of the anatomy and mechanism of pathogenic microorganisms. Cilia and mucus push microorganisms out of the way coughed or swallowed.
If there is dysfunction of cilia as in Kartagener's syndrome, the use of nasogastric tube and pipe nasotracheal long can disrupt the flow of secretions that have been contaminated with pathogenic bacteria. In these circumstances may occur nosocomial infection or "Hospital Acquired Pneumonia".
2. Cleaning mechanism in "Respiratory airway exchange", include:
• The fluid lining the alveolar surfactant include
• The system of local humoral immunity (IgG)
• Alveolar Macrophages and inflammatory mediators
• Withdrawal of neutrophils
Humoral immune system plays an important role in lung defense mechanisms (upper airway). IgA is one part of the nasal secretions (10% of the total protein nasal secretions). Patients with IgA deficiency have an increased risk for upper respiratory tract infection recurring yan. Colonization of bacteria that often hold the upper airway often removing and damaging IgA proteolytic enzymes. Gram-negative bacteria (Pseudomonas aeruginosa, E.colli, Serratia spp, Proteus spp, and Klebsiella pneumoniae) has the ability to destroy IgA. Deficiencies and damage to any component of upper airway defense led to the colonization of pathogenic bacteria as facilities for lower respiratory tract infection.
3. Cleaning mechanism in the subglottic airways
Subglottic airway defense mechanisms composed of anatomic, mechanical, humoral and cellular components. Mechanism of closure of the glottis and cough reflex is the main defense against the aspirate from the oropharynx. In case of malfunctioning of the glottis it dangerous for lower respiratory tract that are normally sterile. Nasogastric tube mounting action, tool tracheostomy facilitate the entry of bacterial pathogens directly into the lower respiratory tract. Impaired mucociliary function may facilitate the entry of pathogenic bacteria into the lower respiratory tract, even acute infection by Mycoplasma pneumoniae, Haemophilus influenzae and viruses can damage the cilia movement.
4. Cleaning mechanism in the "respiratory airway gas exchange"
Bronchioles and alveol have a defense mechanism as follows:Tags : Defense Mechanism of lung, Defense Mechanisms of the Respiratory System, Pulmonary defence mechanisms
• The liquid that coats alveol:a. Surfactants• IgG (IgG1 and IgG2 subset that serves as an opsonin)A fat-rich glycoprotein, consists of several components of SP-A, SP-B, SP-C, SP-D that serves to strengthen phagocytosis and killing of bacteria by macrophages.b. Anti-bacterial Activity (non specific) : FFA, lysozyme, iron binding protein.
• alveolar macrophages that act as the first defense mechanism
• Serves to attract PMN leucocytes into the alveoli (there GNB infections, Pseudomonas aeruginosa)
• Mediator biologyAbility to attract PMN to the airway, including C5a, the production of alveolar macrophages, cytokines, leucotrienes
Cough - Definition and Mechanisms
Cough
Cough is a symptom of the most common disease in which the prevalence was found in about 15% in children and 20% in adults. One out of ten patients who visited the doctor's office each year has a chief complaint of cough. Coughing can cause bad feelings, sleep disorders, affecting daily activities and reduce quality of life.
Cough is a complex physiological reflex that protects the lung from mechanical trauma, chemical and temperature. Coughing is also a natural defense mechanism of lung airway to keep it clean and open to the street:
Prevent the entry of foreign objects into the respiratory tract.
Remove foreign objects or abnormal secretions from the respiratory tract.
Coughing becomes physiologically when perceived as a nuisance. Such a cough is often a sign of a disease within or outside the lungs and sometimes are the early symptoms of a disease. Cough may be very significant on the transmission of disease through the air (air-borne infection). Cough is one of the symptoms of respiratory tract diseases in addition to tightness, wheezing, and chest pain. Often the cough is a problem faced by physicians in their daily work. The reason is very diverse and the introduction of the pathophysiology of cough would be very helpful in establishing the diagnosis and prevention of people with coughs. Research shows that in patients with acquired chronic cough 628 cough up to 761 times / day. Patients with pulmonary TB coughs number about 327 times / day and patients with influenza-even up to 154.4 times / day.
Epidemiological studies have shown that many chronic cough associated with smoking. Twenty-five percent of those who smoked 1 / 2 pack / day will have to cough, while the patients who smoked one pack per day will be found to be approximately 50% of chronic cough. Most of the heavy smokers who smoked 2 packs / day will complain of chronic cough. Large-scale research in the U.S. also found that 22% of non-smokers also suffer from cough, among others, caused by chronic diseases, air pollution and others. Coughing can also cause various complications such as pneumothorax, pneumomediastinum, headache, fainting, disc herniation, inguinal hernia, broken ribs, bleeding subkonjungtiva, and urinary incontinence.
Definition
Cough in Latin called tussis is a reflex that can occur suddenly and often repeated that aims to help clear mucus from the respiratory tract of, irritants, foreign particles and microbes. Coughing can happen voluntarily or involuntarily.
Coughing is a reflex action in the respiratory tract that is used to clean the upper airways. Chronic cough lasts more than 8 weeks are common in the community. Causes include smoking, exposure to cigarette smoke, and exposure to environmental pollutants, especially particulates.
Mechanism of Occurrence of Cough
Cough starts from a cough receptor stimulation. These receptors are non-myelinated nerve fibers in the form of finely located both inside and outside the thoracic cavity. Located within the thoracic cavity, among others, contained in the larynx, trachea, bronchus, and pleura. Will decrease the number of receptors on the branches of a small bronchus, and a large number of receptors in the can in the larynx, trachea, carina and bronchus branching region. The receptors are also found even in the ear canal, stomach, hilum, paranasalis sinus, pericardial, and diaphragm.
Mechanism Of Cough |
By excitatory afferent fibers was taken to the cough center located in the medulla, near the center of the respiratory and vomiting centers. Then from here by afferent fibers of the vagus, phrenic nerve, intercostal and lumbar nerves, the trigeminal nerve, facial nerve, nerve hipoglosus, and others headed to the effector. These effector standing of the muscles of the larynx, trachea, bronchi, diaphragm, intercostal muscles, and others. In the area of this effector mechanism of cough ensued.
Phase of Cough |
1. Phase irritation
Irritation of one sensory vagus nerve in the larynx, trachea, large bronchi, or afferent fibers from the pharyngeal branch glosofaringeus nerve can cause coughing. Coughing also arise when the cough receptors in the lining of the pharynx and esophagus, pleural cavity and external ear canal is stimulated.
2. Phase of inspiration
In the inspiration phase of the glottis is wide open due to reflex muscle contraction abduktor aritenoidea cartilage. Inspiration occurs in and quickly, so the air quickly and in large quantities into the lungs. This is accompanied terfiksirnya rib due to muscle contraction under the thorax, abdomen and diaphragm, so that the lateral dimension enlarged breasts lead to increased lung volume. The entry of air into the lungs by the number of lots of benefits that will strengthen the expiratory phase resulting in faster and stronger and reduce the air cavity is closed so as to produce a potential cleaning mechanism.
3. Compression phase
This phase begins with the closing of the glottis due to contraction of the adductor muscle aritenoidea cartilage, glottis closed for 0.2 seconds. In this phase the intrathoracic pressure rises to 300 cmH2O to place an effective cough. Pleural pressure remained elevated for 0.5 seconds after the glottis open. Coughing can occur without glottis closure because of expiratory muscles to increase intrathoracic pressure although the glottis remains open.
4. Expiratory phase / expulsion
In this phase the glottis opens suddenly due to active contraction of expiratory muscles, so there was spending large amounts of air at high speed accompanied by spending foreign objects and other materials. Movement glottis, respiratory muscles and the branches of the bronchus is important in the mechanism of cough phase and this phase of cough is actually happening. Cough sound varies greatly due to vibration secretions in the respiratory tract or the vibration of vocal cords

Management of Cough
Cough - Causes and Complications
Cough Reflex
Cough reflex consists of five main components, ie, cough receptors, afferent nerve fibers, central cough, nervous system and efferent effectors. A cough begins with a stimulus on cough receptor. These receptors are non-myelinated nerve fibers in the form of finely located both inside and outside the thoracic cavity. Located within the thoracic cavity, among others, contained in the larynx, trachea, bronchi and the pleura. Will decrease the number of receptors on the branches of a small bronchus, and a large number of receptors found in the larynx, trachea, carina and bronchus branching region. The receptors are also found even in the ear canal, stomach, hilum, paranasalis sinus, pericardial and diaphragm.
The most important afferents exist in the branch of the vagus, which excitatory flow of the larynx, trachea, bronchus, pleura, stomach, and also stimulate the ear through the Arnold branch of n. Vagus. Trigeminal nerve stimulation of the sinus paranasalis channeling, channeling glosofaringeus nerve stimulation of the pharynx and channel phrenic nerve stimulation of the pericardium and diaphragm.
Causes of Cough
Cough in outline can be caused by excitatory as follows:
Inflammatory stimuli such as mucosal edema with a lot of tracheobronchial secretions.
Mechanical stimuli such as foreign body in airway foreign body such as the respiratory tract, post nasal drip, retention of bronchopulmonary secretions.
Temperature stimuli such as cigarette smoke (an oxidant), heat / cold, gas inhalation.
Psychogenic stimuli.

- Psychogenic
- Other
Complications of Cough
At the time of coughing intrathoracic pressure rises to 300 mmHg. Pressure elevation is required to produce an effective cough, but this can lead to complications in the lungs, musculoskeletal, cardiovascular system and central nervous system.
Pneumomediastinum may arise in the lung, may also occur pneumoperitonium and pneumoretropritonium but this is very rare. Another complication was pneumothorax and emphysema, complications muskuloskletal, broken ribs, ruptured abdominal rectus muscle. Cardiovascular complications may include bradycardia, subconjungtiva vein laceration, nose and anus as well as cardiac arrest.
In the central nervous system can occur cough syncope, due to increased intrathoracic pressure occurs reflex vasodilation of systemic arteries and veins. This leads to decreased cardiac output and sometimes berkibat low arterial pressure resulting in loss of consciousness. Syncope occurred a few seconds after the paroxysmal cough.
Can also occur among other constitutional symptoms of insomnia, fatigue, decreased appetite, vomiting, elevated body temperature and headaches. Another complication is urinary incontinence, hernias and prolapse of the vagina.

There are several sites you can use in order to locate a person, but the majority of these sites are expensive or difficult to use. One site, LocatePeople.org, is affordable and very user friendly.
Everyone is curious about what happened to at least one person from their past. However, even though the Internet makes it much easier to learn about people from our pasts, most search sites are difficult to use. Making matters even more difficult is the fact that many people have changed their names, especially women who get married and choose to take their husband's name. Many web sites do not take this into account, so any search you conduct on a person will stop once the history of that name stops. LocatePeople.org allows you to search for a person using their maiden names or past names. The databases they utilize will then find all the names or alias used by that person so that you will have up to date information about that individual.
Are you just curious about what happened to someone, but you do not want to necessarily contact that person? LocatePeople.org is a discrete and private way to search for a person from your past without drawing any attention to you. You can conduct the search in the privacy of your own home. In a matter of minutes, all the information you will need will be at your fingertips. This includes a list of past and current addresses, all of the individual's names and alias, and their arrest record, should they have one. All you need in order to conduct a search on a person is a first and last name (even a maiden name), and the last state in which you know they lived. Once you hit the search button, all pertinent information about that person will be displayed on your computer screen. Only you will know that you ordered a search on this individual.

For Burning Fat, This Works Like Crazy
Yes, it's true that weight training with cardio will be much more effective in overall fat loss than just doing cardio alone.
In fact, there's several reasons for this and before I dive into them, let's make it clear that if you trying to burn fat and not doing weight training as part of that, you are really taking some big steps backwards.
Have you ever wondered why some people seem to burn more fat and at a faster rate? You seem them in the gym, they don't spend a lot of time doing cardio or weights but they seem to lean up quickly.
What do you do?
Why you do more cardio right? Burn more of those calories off. Pretty soon you are close to 2 hour sessions but that's okay.
Wrong!
Fact: An important key to the entire process is weight training.
If you don't train with resistance during this time, it's entirely possible some of your "loss" will be from lean muscle tissue. That's a big mistake.
And if you do lose a lot of weight too quickly (too much cardio, starvation diets) you will end up losing a majority of your weight thur lean muscle tissue. In just a second, I'm going to tell you why that's how you can really screw up your metabolism and it's exactly the opposite of what you want to do.
Fact: Weight training is the single most effective form of exercise for long term fat loss and lean muscle preservation.
When you incorporate weight training into your fat loss program, you are ensuring that your gradual body fat reduction comes from fat tissues and not lean muscle.
For starters…
Aerobic exercise is great for cardiovascular fitness and as a metabolic boosting tool and creating new pathways for nutrients. But it's simply cannot build muscle to the extent that weight training can.
Frankly…
If all you do is cardio for your fat loss goals plus a solid nutrition plan, you can drop a lot of lean muscle mass as well and end up lowering your BMR (basal metabolic rate).
So what?
If you lower your BMR by losing more muscle it means you have to exercise MORE to burn more calories!
That means more gym time, longer cardio sessions than the person right next to you who does some simple but effective weight resistance exercise as part of their overall "fat loss program."
On the other hand, if you do some weight training as part of your program and you gain some muscle, you are burning more calories all the time. Even at rest!
This means that the more muscle you have, the higher your metabolism will be and the more calories you burn all the time.
Before you think "but I don't want to bulk up," that's not even part of the plan.
Simply engaging in some form of moderate weight resistance program will help you build and maintain the muscle and help you burn more of the fat.
You end up having a higher BMR, a faster metabolism and less fat without having to spend more time in the gym.
So it all adds up to this…
An important key to the entire process of burning fat is weight training.
Make sure that your "fitness" program always includes some form of weight training.

This machine will help you produce usable electricity for your house. There are numerous methods available to produce electricity whit free energy sources. The most famous system focuses on three regions that have been confirmed to be competent, consistent and reasonable.
Believe it or not, you can exploit the TV and Radio signals to generate free electricity from EnergyByTesla. These signals are mostly intended to carry some information, but they have also electromagnetic energy that could be transformed to electrical energy. Current electricity can be produced from static electricity. Radiant energy is all the time present in the atmosphere, day and night, in the structure of solar radiation and cosmic rays. Such devices provide you the appliances that help you exploit these free sources of energy to produce electricity for your house. Then again, you have to keep in mind that the nature of electricity can be dangerous. If they are not handled correctly, electric plans and conductors can be fatal. It is recommended to track the instructions exactly and with attention. The theory of free energy was creates one hundred years ago, and in our days free energy plans are being used by so many peoples.
There are many methods that are available to generate the electricity from energy free sources. Most famous focuses on 3 areas that are proven to be very efficient, reliable, as well as cost effective. Believe that or not, but you may use TV & Radio signals over you to generate the electricity. The signals are mainly planned to carry out information, however they have the electromagnetic energy, which can be converted to the electrical energy. The usable current electricity are generated from the static electricity. The radiant energy is there in atmosphere, day & night, in form of the solar radiation as well as cosmic rays. These devices give you the appliances, which help you harness free sources of the energy to make electricity for home.
But, you should keep in mind dangerous nature of the electricity and in case, not handled rightly, electric devices as well as conductors are fatal. It is suggested to follow instructions precisely & with careful caution, and hire services of the qualified expert in installing devices. Actually, it will be good in case, you started installing the small devices to get hang of that, prior to proceeding to full scale installation for generating the electricity for entire household. Concept of the free energy is more than hundred years old, also free energy are to be used by the enthusiasts all acoss world.

How to Gain Weight Fast 5 Powerful Tips
Let's face it; nobody wants to be skinny and weak. Deep down everybody desires the ripped, muscular physique of a UFC fighter or an NFL running back. That's the kind of look that attracts the ladies and earns respect from the guys. But the question that perplexes many of you is "how do I get that look?" Well search no more because I am about to teach you how to gain weight and build muscle at break neck speeds and finally achieve the head turning physique you have always dreamed of.
Most skinny guys and wannabe mass monsters make numerous mistakes in their training programs and naming them all here would take an entire book. But the important thing is that you stop making those mistakes immediately and start following my top ten tips on how to gain weight fast.
- Train Heavy- You will never build any significant size with high reps and light weights. If you want to get huge you need to add weight to the bar and bring your reps down a bit.
- Don't Train For More Than 45 Minutes Per Session- Your testosterone output is dramatically increased during a weight training workout but this only lasts for 45 minutes. After that point its shot. What happens then is that your testosterone levels start to plummet and cortisol levels start to rise. Cortisol eats muscle and increases body fat storage. So hit it hard and get out quick.
- Always Follow the Law of Progressive Overload- If you want to get huge you have to use progressive overload in your training. What this means is that you absolutely must improve upon your previous performance every time you enter the gym. You can do this by lifting heavier weights, doing more reps with the same weight, doing more sets, doing the same amount of work in less time or doing more work in the same amount of time. But whatever you do, DON'T do the exact same thing as the last time you were in the gym. You must give your body a reason to grow and repeating the exact same workout as last time does not force muscle growth.
- Use Big, Compound Exercises- Exercises like squats, deadlifts, military presses and rows should be the staples of your mass building workout program. These are the exercises that build the most muscle and stimulate the greatest testosterone production. Most machines are a waste of time and do very little to help you pack on size. Stick with free weight movements like dumbbell presses and good mornings, and bodyweight exercises like chin ups and dips.
Eat Big- No matter how good your training program is you will never develop a massively muscled physique if you don't consume enough calories. You need to eat every 2-3 hours and focus on getting one gram of lean protein per pound of bodyweight daily and an ample amount of clean carbs and healthy fats. For super skinny guys with a fast metabolism I recommend focusing on foods like rice, potatoes, pasta and consuming 30% of your calories from healthy fats like avocado, nuts and cold pressed oils.

A Link Between Acne And Exercise? Don't Sweat It!
There are many different views on the relationship between acne and exercise, mainly focusing on the role of sweat. Some believe that sweat is helpful in cleaning the pores through releasing stored toxins in the skin, thus preventing acne from occurring. More common is the belief that that sweat causes acne, and that exercise can lead to huge breakouts on the face and other areas. So which is it? Does sweat directly cause acne? First, let's explore how the sweating process actually works.
Organs are groups of tissues that work together towards a common purpose; the skin is reputed to be the human body's largest organ. The skin actually participates in bodily processes in a number of different ways. A primary function is the protection of the internal body against damage and injury. The skin is also key in containing vital fluids, such as blood and water. One function of the skin that many of us notice on a regular basis is the role that it plays in regulating body temperature. When a person begins to overheat, the body releases sweat up the sweat ducts to the skin's surface. When that surface sweat evaporates, the process removes latent heat from the body, thus cooling it.
\"life Style\"
There are two primary types of sweat glands, but only one kind that sounds like it could really play a role in preventing or creating acne. Coiled deep below the skin, the eccrine sweat glands are found over nearly the entire surface of the body, especially on the palms of the hands, soles of the feet, and the forehead. These glands are the ones that are responsible for temperature regulation, and are activated through heat and physical activity. The sweat excreted by the eccrine glands is composed primarily of water, but also contains sodium chloride (salt), and small amounts of fatty materials, urea, and other cellular wastes.
So if sweating does remove wastes from the body, does it actually play a role in preventing acne breakouts? Not exactly, seems to be the general consensus. Acne is often called a disorder of the sebaceous glands, created when a variety of conditions occur together. In healthy skin, natural oils are produced in the sebaceous glands, and travel to the skin's surface via hair follicles. When dead skin cells, excess sebum, or other factors plug those pores, sebum production continues, swelling the hair follicle. Naturally occurring skin bacteria are also trapped within the plugged follicle, and the warm, moist environment allows them to reproduce quickly, creating an inflammatory effect on the cell and surrounding tissue.
While sweating does remove toxins from the body, reports suggest that these toxins are not from the skin pores, but rather from cells and capillaries deeper under the skin. This means that sweat probably doesn't contribute to acne prevention. So does it actually cause acne, then? Reports suggest that sweat doesn't cause acne directly, but could still play a role in breakouts. The primary reason is that the salts in sweat can aggravate existing acne or acne-prone skin. Another possible way that sweating could contribute to acne is through bacteria. Bacteria thrive in sweaty conditions, and if sweat is left on the face or body after exercise, those bacteria could work their way into pores, irritating the skin and leading to acne.
In theory, it should be fairly easy to avoid the link between acne and exercise. Recommendations include keeping hair tied back off the face and wearing loose clothing while exercising, so that bacteria on the back, chest, and arms aren't trapped in direct contact with the skin. Loose clothing also lessens the irritation caused by friction. Some people suggest that drinking water is preferable to many electrolyte-rich sports drinks which are thought to increase the salts being sweated out onto the skin. Finally, a good and easy plan is to shower as soon as possible after exercising, using an antibacterial soap. This should bring the natural bacterial load of the skin back to a normal, balanced count, and help remove any dead skin cells that could contribute to acne.

Butterfly Life Cycle - The Caterpillar
The caterpillar is only one of four stages in the life cycle of a butterfly. This article will introduce you to the caterpillar life cycle stage and a few interesting facts about caterpillars. But first, let's look at the entire life cycle of a butterfly to put things in perspective.
Butterfly Life Cycle - Egg: Adult butterflies lay their eggs on the leaves of their host plant. Each butterfly species has certain plants that their caterpillars must eat to live and grow. Some butterfly species are very specific to one or two plants while others may be able to eat a family of plants. Butterfly eggs are small in general (like the size of a pin head) and usually hatch in about 3-7 days.
Life
Butterfly Life Cycle - Caterpillar: The caterpillar hatches from the egg and usually the first thing it does is eat the egg shell. After that it will start consuming the host plant. The caterpillar will spend the next several weeks eating and growing since that is its main purpose.
Butterfly Life Cycle - Chrysalis: This stage is often a called a cocoon, but generally a cocoon is the pupa stage of a moth while a chrysalis is the pupa stage of a butterfly. At this point the caterpillar has made its final molt into a pupa and in about 1-2 weeks an adult butterfly will emerge.
Butterfly Life Cycle - Adult Butterfly: The adult butterfly will spend its time eating nectar and mating/laying eggs. Many butterflies only live about 2 weeks, however, some species such as the monarchs will overwinter by migrating south and thus will live for many months.
The Caterpillar:
Caterpillars are truly eating machines. Before they become a chrysalis their body mass will increase thousands of times. With all this rapid growing they end up molting several times before their final molt into a chrysalis. They grow their new exoskeleton beneath their current skin then when the time comes they split the old skin off. Many times they will eat the old skin before returning to their leaf-munching.
Caterpillars will change their appearance sometimes dramatically between their molts. An example is the black swallowtail caterpillar. When it is very young it is black with a white saddle. By the time it becomes ready to pupate it has become a beautiful mix of stripes and dots with colors of yellow, white, black and green. That can make identification more difficult since their appearance depends on their age.
Caterpillar identification is not really that difficult if you happen to know what plant they are eating. If you can identify the plant then it becomes much easier to identify the caterpillar since they are so particular to their own host plant. Just Google the "plant name" plus "caterpillar" or "host plant" and you are very likely to find the butterfly or moth species to which the caterpillar belongs.
Butterfly Life Cycle - The Caterpillar
The butterfly life cycle is fascinating and caterpillars are great fun to raise into butterflies indoors. For more information about the caterpillar life cycle visit Life Cycle of a Butterfly.

There are 613 Mitzvot, things that a Jewish person is supposed to do to observe Judaism. This can get overwhelming if you are not used to it, so here are 10 simple and easy ways to observe Judaism.
1. Charity. The hebrew word for charity is "Tzedakah" which is related to the word Justice. Create Your Ideal Lifestyle
Lifestyle reflects our beliefs, attitudes, customs, behaviors, and values. A lifestyle can fill us with joy, keep us healthy, and allow us to become more successful. It can also contribute to illness or hold us back from the things we are capable of accomplishing.
Fortunately, we can choose actions and habits that keep us happy, healthy, and successful. We have that choice daily.
\"life Style\"
Maltbie Babcock summarized this very elegantly when she wrote, "A day dawns, quite like other days; in it, a single hour comes, quite like other hours; but in that day and in that hour the chance of a lifetime faces us."
That chance, however, presents a challenge. A familiar lifestyle is not easy to leave behind, even when negative habits or tolerations make it uncomfortable. Doug Firebaugh wisely said, "Something must die in order to grow - your old habits, your old self image, your old thinking, your old life... must be weeded out for the seeds of success to grow."
People want to be free from the consequences of their vices, but not necessarily from their vices. Many attempt changes that are too large to be realistic. Others try to change too many things at once. Old behaviors creep back very quickly.
For example, if it would burden you to carry out a new action on a regular basis, it is probably not a realistic change. Smaller changes carried out regularly more often lead to lasting change. Begin with one new action that can become a regular lifestyle behavior. Then look for tangible results from that change.
If you are not already living your ideal lifestyle, take time to think deeply about the following questions. Then write your answers in a journal. This exercise will help you create a clear picture of your ideal lifestyle. It will also help you to design a plan to begin creating the lifestyle that you want.
What is my current lifestyle?
How have my beliefs created that lifestyle?
What is my current lifestyle costing me?
If my lifestyle were to become ideal, what differences would I notice immediately in the major areas of my life?
For example, what would you be doing differently on a daily basis? What habits would you adopt, and what habits would you discard? Consider the changes you would notice in these areas:
- Relationships (Family and Career)
- Home environment
- Wellness and self-care
- Energy level
- Serenity and inner stillness
- Finances
- Rest and relaxation
- Temperament
- Happiness and contentment
How would I look and feel most of the time if I lived my ideal lifestyle?
What tolerations, habits of thought, and actions are limiting me from living my ideal lifestyle?
What would it require of me to remove those limitations?
What is the first thing in my current lifestyle that I would truly like to change or improve?
Am I willing to commit to the necessary changes in thought and action to live my ideal lifestyle, and if so, when will I begin to make the first change?
How will I feel when I have adopted new habits of thought and action?
What is one positive change I could comfortably make today?
This exercise will open your mind to the possibilities and options available to you for positive change. When you have a clear picture of your goal and the changes needed, you can begin moving forward toward a lifestyle that will bring you more success in all the important areas of your life.
These questions might lead to additional questions you will need to answer. You will need to evaluate your progress on a regular basis, make changes in your initial plan, and adjust your actions accordingly. A professional life strategies coach can also help you to expand these questions to a deeper level, find necessary answers, and design a plan to achieve the lifestyle you want.
Envision your ideal lifestyle. Determine necessary changes, and design a realistic plan to achieve your vision. Then make at least one small change in your thoughts and actions immediately. These suggestions will help you begin moving toward your ideal lifestyle today.

The Skater Lifestyle
What is a skater? A skater is anyone that loves the feeling of freedom they get when skating. Skaters come in all ages with all types of personalities. It can be the boy next door or the punk rocker down the street. It can be the nerd that never leaves his computer except for skating or the group of Goth kids that live in town.
Skaters love the feeling they get when they do an incredible jump perfect every time. They love the thrill of pushing themselves beyond their limits and climbing new heights and reaching new goals.
\"life Style\"
What types of skaters are there?
There are several different types of skaters and each type requires different equipment. The most common type of skater is the roller skater. This group includes kids and adults of all ages. Usually this type of skating is done at a skating rink and they either wear roller skates or inline skates. You can also purchase outdoor skates that you can wear anywhere.
Another popular type of skater is the ice skater. Ice skating is done by many just for fun in ice rinks located all over the world. However, it is also many professional ice skaters that perform in competitions for metals. Some of these have become quite famous. The performance that a figure skater provides is amazing and takes years of practice and patients. These skaters are to be greatly admired.
Skateboarders are another type of skater that has grown in popularity over the years. Skateboarders make up a unique group of people that love to have fun and spend time together. This type of skating requires skill and a desire for excitement.
Are there stereotypes about skaters?
The answer is yes. Unfortunately, there are many people that have the wrong idea about the skater lifestyle. This is especially true when it comes to skateboarders. Due to the fact that many of them roam the city streets and other areas searching for a place to ride others look at them in a negative way. They describe these skaters as dropouts and trouble makers. Many believe they are throwing away their life and that they have no respect for the law. Others look at them as being dirty and don't want them in their neighborhood.
However, this is not normally the case. Most skateboarders are good, educated honest people that just enjoy having a lot of fun and socializing with others that enjoy the same things. They love the thrill of skating and take pride in what they do. They spend many hours practicing and learning new tricks and many skateboarders become extremely famous for their abilities as well.

Take it One Step at a Time - Solid Success in Network Marketing
I seem to be hearing all the time that people are stressed out. What really surprises me is that they are not stressed out because of an overload of work - no, very often they are stressed out as a basic mind-set so to speak. Let's see why.
Of course we all have some kind of work - no matter if it is a job, children going to school, women who take care of everything at home. I seem to remember that as a child time seemed to be endless. At the beginning of the school year when all the organizing took place as to when exams were to be done, the pressure of having had to do not only what I liked, but all sorts of other things...as a rule I ended up counting first the months then the weeks and finally the days till the school year was at an end. It seems to be very much different with children today. It first struck me when my youngest was in primary school and just before Christmas said that time seemed to fly that he hardly knew where the time had gone.
\"family Life\"
The quality of the time seems to have changed drastically in the last 50 years or so. It shows in all areas of life. While one hundred years back all sorts of farm work was done by hand and people even found the time to sit together and sing and have fun whilst working away on something, farmers today use all that heavy machinery to do a huge volume of work and do it alone. The speed of the work has multiplied and even though the physical energy needed to do the required things is only a fraction of what it used to be the pressure of having to earn money, the distances to be covered and the areas to be farmed have increased so much that the acceleration of life seems beyond measurement.
Everybody of course wants to travel, to go to the movies, take photos, go to parties... consumption has turned into a mass movement. Some families it seems know each other more from pictures than from actually spending time together. And even when they are home it is the computer that has a fixed part in family life.
The toll all of this has taken over time has created awareness. Counter movements appear like mushrooms in the forest and personal development and other programs become increasingly important.
Taking one step at a time is an approach which lets people uncoil. Instead of doing everything in a disorganized rush you take the time to get organized and then determine which steps to take. Every person has basic structures like: Having breakfast, doing some work, having lunch, finishing work, going home, having dinner.
It is surprising how many don't even follow these simple structures for fear of missing out on something.- yet in fact they miss out on a lot and even don't get organized to the extent that life becomes life again.
A structured life is an excellent background for
- maintaining/controlling weight,
- good family relationships,
- a successful work pattern and also
- an adequate amount of free time.
Free time? Yes - sure enough free time that even a second financial leg, a network marketing business, can be built that eventually will give that person even free time as money comes in more easily. Consumption may become less attractive as there is time to read, time to spend on personal development and other courses of interest.
In this fast world every life is very much different and as a result analyzing a life style and establishing patterns for a modified life-style will require a bit of support. Best the support of a personal coach. This need not be costly but it takes co-operation of the person who wants to change. A mastermind group who is specialized in helping people might be an ideal background as it amplifies the efforts of many. Make a choice, enter the process and your life will evolve!

Top Ten Ways To Have An Affair And Not Get Caught...
Most everyone believes when they get married that it will be forever. However, the reality in today's world is that many marriages fail and result in divorce. Other married couples may fall out of love and grow to dislike one another more than they care to admit. But for a variety of reasons (kids, money, religious beliefs etc...), they remain husband and wife in theory primarily.
These types of marriages can inevitably lead one or both spouses to seek the comfort of another adult and eventually cheat on one another. Another scenario that may lead a married person to be unfaithful is an unexpected meeting with someone who sweeps them off their feet.
\"family Life\"
Despite their attempts to prevent this relationship from becoming an extramarital affair, they may find their feelings to powerful to deny and thus give into their desires to be with this new person. The saying "Life is too short..." comes to mind as justification for this new love or lust.
Yet other married people may consciously choose to cheat on their spouses. If you fall into that category, you probably have the art of not getting caught mastered already.
Regardless of what leads a spouse to break their wedding vows, here some of the best ways to get away with an affair.
- Never bring your lover to your home.
- Never go to your lover's home (unless they are completely single and free from the ties of marriage and/or a serious relationship.) If they get caught by their significant other, chances are your spouse will also find out.
- Never call your new companion from your home phone and/or your cell phone (if your spouse has access to your phone record.)
- Never give your new friend your home phone number.
- Keep a low profile when you are out with your lover. You would be surprised how many people know you and/or your spouse, who unbeknownst to you may see you lavishing inappropriate attention on your new companion in public.
- Do your best to meet with your lover out of town - somewhere far enough away from home that you do not know people and people do not know you.
- Try to set up a regular schedule of "dates" with your lover. If your spouse expects you to be out of town for business overnight every Wednesday, he/she will not suspect anything when you maintain this schedule and include your new friend in your overnight stays.
- Do not become too confident in your ability to deceive your spouse. If you become too sure of yourself, you will get sloppy and you may get caught.
- Do not tell everyone you know about your illicit trysts. You should trust very few, if any, friends with your secret.
- Do not make promises you cannot keep. Nothing will prompt your lover to reveal your affair to your spouse quicker than your failure to fulfill some insincere commitment to end your marriage for him or her.
